News coverage of local scandal of Las Vegas ASO, Aids for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN)
HELP Save AFAN and inquire about what funds are being discussed? HOPWA (HUD) Funds and/ or Gift Cards, Food Vouchers, Gas Cards… What is the outcome of these two separate funding sources?
Jared Hafen was the Associate Director of AFAN, under the leadership of Executive Director Jennifer Morss, not a Case Manager as Patty Savaadra has stated. He was terminated on the 10th of September 2010 for admitting to the theft of Gift Cards under $5000, what happen to the HOPWA Funds Investigation?
They stated that recent “employee’s” were terminated, because “their” actions were in violation of the Organizations personnel policy, improperly insinuating that another former employee, who was wrongfully terminated 2 days prior to the findings of the theft, might have been involved.
Why are there so many unanswered questions still to this date?
Lets demand answers, the community has the right to know.
